Yes Legalizing Online Poker would mean that you would have to pay taxes. But it is better then never play online poker ever again.
I wonder if losing money could be deducted from your winnings and only pure profits have to be taxed.
Anyway , we are not even close to that – so sign the petition to legalize online poker in the US.
